Thank you for visiting Lucas Browning Design. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully as they govern the use of our website. By accessing or using our website, you are acknowledging that you are the age of majority in the state where you reside and that you have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site.

RETURN POLICY

Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24 hour window, all furniture sales are final. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to delivery, however, shipping damage can happen. Please inspect your piece(s) as soon as you receive them. If you notice damage, please refuse delivery and contact Lucas Browning Design immediately for assistance at info@lucasbrowning.com. Furniture that is refused due to non-damage will not be refunded.

Design Service Fees, Styling Fees, and Custom Window Treatments are Final Sale. Design Service Fees must be paid in full prior to Lucas Browning Design providing Design Services.

Lucas Browning Design, including but not limited to images, graphics, photography, text and logos, is protected by copyright and applicable trade dress. All rights, titles and interests are reserved. Any use of our website and its content for purposes other than personal and non-commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

PRIVACY

Lucas Browning Design is committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our online visitors. When you purchase an item from our store we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We also automatically receive and record information such as your computer’s IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. This information will never be sold. With your permission, we may send you emails about our services, store, new products and other updates.

SECURE PAYMENT

All payments are made through Stripe and meet industry standard for secure commerce transactions. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and ApplePay.

INACCURACIES

We do our best to portray the most accurate information on our website at all times including descriptions, colors and pricing. Any errors are unintentional and we do not warrant that the information on our site is accurate or error-free. Due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate. We reserve the right to update product information at any time without notice. In the event Lucas Browning Design lists an incorrect price, it reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged, Lucas Browning Design will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
